Thank you to those who provided feedback regarding the compatibility of our websites and eTools with newer versions of Web browsers. We have completed the initial assessment, which included testing various operating systems and browsers and reviewing a great deal of valuable stakeholder feedback.

As a result, we have developed a two phase follow-up approach. The first phase is currently being implemented and will allow PJM staff to provide technical support for a subset of its eTools on multiple browsers and versions in the short term. The second phase includes a coordinated, long-term plan to perform upgrades/fixes to a broader set of PJM’s websites and eTools to support multiple browsers and versions. As this schedule is developed and improvements are implemented, we will keep members up to date.
