Civic and Community Outreach

Preparing items to support our troopsThrough fundraising, walking or volunteering time, our employees have demonstrated support of dozens of charities and efforts that benefit our communities. Many employees also are driven to “give back” in gratitude for their own success by helping professional organizations as well.

“I feel so fortunate to work for a company that is supportive of community outreach. I started working with Big Brothers and Sisters in 2004 and am thankful PJM brought the school-based program to light here within the company. It has always been important to me to make a difference. Thankfully, PJM has supported me in this and has helped me link more employees with kids who really need someone, if only for a few hours a month.”
— Tracy A. Miehlke, customer consultant in Member Relations
