The Reserve Markets Working Group is an inactive PJM stakeholder group. In 2005, The Market Implementation Committee created the Reserve Markets Working Group to develop proposed modifications to the Operating Reserve mechanism. The working group identified a set of modifications that could improve the Operating Reserve mechanism. Revised business rules were endorsed by the Members Committee in November 2007 and implemented in December 2008. Since December 2008, the working group has met on an as-needed basis, to review the results of the implementation.
