This issue concerns the proposed recommendations resulting from the report of the first Load Management tests during the summer of 2009. PJM prepared a workplan, including the formation of a Load Management Task Force, to develop detailed proposals to be presented to the MIC. Some workplan items may be implemented for summer of 2010 while others, that require more discussion, may not be effective until summer of 2011.
