A Quick Fix Issue where PJM is updating Manual language specific to only detailed EMS references and to align with the date of PJM replacing its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Automatic Generation Control (AGC) components of its Energy Management System (EMS). Manuals will need to be updated to align with the cutover date and meet NERC Certification documentation obligations.
