Following discussions related to the efficiency and effectiveness of PJM’s stakeholder process at the Liaison Committee and Stakeholder Process Forum meetings in early 2018, member’s proposed the idea of a Super Forum to review and enhance the stakeholder process. The Super Forum, approved at the October 25, 2018 MC meeting, will meet monthly to review the evolution of stakeholder rules, and explore potential opportunities to modify the current governance structure to address areas identified in the Problem Statement, such as:
· Prioritize issues to allow stakeholders to manage the volume of issues under consideration and the volume of meetings
· Develop an additional pathway for vetting issues that are contentious or must be decided quickly · Enhance transparency throughout the PJM stakeholder process and decisional hierarchy
