PJM is retiring the PJM Compliance Bulletin that describes the process PJM members are to use to notify PJM of any change in the status of PJM Member Bulk Electric System (BES) elements as a result of the application of the NERC-approved BES definition; this process is currently covered in Manual 3A. PJM will need to revise Manual 3A to remove the PJM Compliance Bulletin obsolete reference and align NERC-approved BES equipment related definitions.
