This issue concerns revisions to allow Energy Efficiency Resources to participate in Earlier Delivery Years as proposed by the Energy Efficiency Task Force. Specifically, eligibility and participation of EE Resources prior to the 2012/13 Delivery Year (Note: next available Incremental Auctions may be conducted in January, 2010 for 10/11 DY and April, 2010 for 11/12 DY).
