This issue concerns stakeholder concerns about the PJM stakeholder process. Following stakeholder review of FERC Order 719, the Members voted to establish the Government Assessment Special Team (GAST) to assess the current stakeholder process and to recommend enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the stakeholder process.
