Maximum Emergency Temporary Change Extension

To address concerns with fuel and emissions that have emerged in recent months, PJM made a temporary change to M-13 Section 6.4 in the ‘Note’ to modify the remaining hours under which a resource may be offered as Maximum Emergency Generation. This ‘Note’ has an expiration date of 4/1 but needs to be extended to allow PJM and stakeholders additional time to work on a more permanent solution.
