DC Energy brought forth a problem statement due to a possible inconsistency on how PJM applies its policy on data ownership disclosure between FTR market data and all other PJM administered products. To address this issue, stakeholders will discuss
(i) the history of current FTR market award ownership disclosure posting practices;
(ii) other PJM public data (i.e., capacity, energy, virtual energy, ancillary services, generation and load) award ownership
disclosure posting practices;
(iii) PJM governing documents (e.g., Manual 33) to determine applicability; and (iv) discuss whether changes are warranted
