Northeast Independent System Operators (ISOs) and Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs) have committed to work cooperatively with each other and their associated members to harmonize market rules and eliminate seams issues. Each quarter updates are provided to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) after receiving input from northeast ISOs and RTOs, and their members.
