
Any five or more members sharing a common interest may form a user group. The User Group process is designed under certain circumstances to provide a mechanism for these members to bring their proposed resolution to an issue before the Members Committee and the PJM
Board of Managers outside of
the normal course of the stakeholder process. User group meetings are open to all members.
User groups are established in accordance with
PJM’s Operating Agreement (PDF).

Closed User Groups
Issue Tracking: The Issue Tracking System coordinates user access to all documents on PJM's Web site related to issues being addressed by PJM's Committees. The documents can be reviewed by issue name or by the PJM committee responsible for the topic.
