Overview
Stakeholders have expressed the need for greater opportunities for long-term contracting of electricity supplies. PJM Interconnection has conducted one forum on long-term contracting in 2007 and will conduct a second forum in January 2008. It is open to all PJM stakeholders.

2nd Forum
January 17-18, 2008
The Fairmont Hotel
Washington, D.C.

Building on the first forum, participants developed a roadmap for meeting the needs of those desiring long-term contracting opportunities in PJM’s footprint by addressing the proposals and potential solutions to the problems and needs set out at the first forum. The format and agenda of this forum was designed by a broad advisory group of stakeholders. It included representatives of buyers and sellers of electricity, state and federal regulators, and consumer advocates.
