WebEx


For many committee meetings and training courses, PJM uses WebEx in addition to a conference call to enable remote participation. Through the WebEx tool, slides (no video) are presented over the Internet to complement the conference call. On the WebEx page you will see a list of meetings scheduled for that day. To join the meeting, you will need a password which will be provided when you register, along with the phone number for the conference call.

Online Requirements
A Java-enabled browser, Netscape 4.5 (or higher) or Internet Explorer 4.0 (or higher) with Flash plug-in, is required. The minimum Internet connect speed is 56K dialup; a high-speed connection is recommended. Connection using AOL is not recommended. Participants should log in at least 15 minutes prior to start time to ensure their connection. WebEx requires Internet access and a telephone.
