The PJM manuals are the administrative, planning, operating and accounting procedures of the PJM Interconnection. It is recognized that PJM Members may be asked to provide evidence of compliance to the North American Electric Reliability Corporation or regional standards during an audit. Because the audit period may encompass several revisions of a manual, archived versions of each manual are available below in PDF format.
