be obligated to pay additional monetary amounts if the system is constrained. |

status because the market participant has not submitted the transaction.

A: PJM is no longer a valid source or sink on the PJM OASIS for 2 reasons.
1) If we ran into off-cost operations with PJM as a source or sink accounting
would have a difficult time determining the price to charge the customer.
2) PJM is not a bus.

A: A new user can be added by accessing
the Create a New User link on the PJM Oasis main page. User information
can be updated either through the company's CAM administrator in esuite,
or by calling the PJM CR&T department 610-666-8980. You would also
need to call the CR&T department to add a new company. |

A: The 'Comments Provider' field explains
the reason the transaction was refused. On the Buy ATC page this is located
near the bottom of the page. On the transaction information page (once
the transaction is queried) this can be found in the lower right hand
section of the reservation. |

A: On the Buy ATC web page simply plug in
your PJM Oasis reservation (transaction number) in the blank box below
the Query button and press 'Query.' Or, click on the Transaction Information
page and plug the PJM Oasis reservation in the Transaction Number (assignment
reference) field and press 'query.' |

A: If the schedule is curtailed by PJM and
recorded accordingly by the Transaction Coordinator, you will receive
a pro-rated portion, which is determined by the PJM Market Settlements
department. When schedules are cut by another pool, there will be no rebate
offered for the unused portions of the transmission. |

A: Yes, the Oasis number is valid for the
amount of time/mw's that were purchased, regardless if the entire portion
is being used. |
