From the link below you may download a list of all contingencies used by PJM in the EMS, FTR, Day-Ahead and Energy Markets. Not all contingencies are enabled in the PJM systems at all times.

The file is in no particular order. The beginning of each contingency is noted by a sequence number in the left hand column. Following the sequence number is the name of the contingency. Each line below the contingency contains the piece of equipment and the action to take. Each of these "Loss Of" lines contain the Station Name, the action taken, the Equipment Name, the Voltage Name, and optionally, the type of equipment in that order. The Action Taken column contains the following values.

L Loss of the Line
U Loss of the Unit
LD Loss of the Load
CP Loss of the Capacitor
X Loss of the Transformer
OP Open the Circuit Breaker or Disconnect
CL Close the Circuit Breaker or Disconnect
S Loss of a Series Device
P Loss of a Phase Shifter

The file contains approximately 1,000 contingencies.
