PJM Interconnection administers the accounting for all aspects of the grid and the wholesale market, including installed capacity, the purchase and sale of energy, transmission services and ancillary services.

Monthly invoices for all grid services under the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff (PDF), Operating Agreement (PDF) and Reliability Assurance Agreement (PDF) are prepared for each market participant.
