The monthly files below contain hourly billing data for the ComEd Spinning Reserve Zone Preliminary Report. These values are for informational purposes only and are subject to change through the fifth business day of the following month.

Hourly data includes:

  • ComEd Spinning Reserve Zone Spinning Reserve Market Clearing Price (SRMCP) in $/MWh of spinning reserve provided;
  • ComEd Spinning Reserve Zone total MWh of Tier 1 spinning reserve applied to obligations estimated prior to the operating hour;
  • ComEd Spinning Reserve Zone total MWh of Tier 1 spinning reserve provided in excess of obligations;
  • ComEd Spinning Reserve Zone total unrecovered opportunity cost payments made to Tier 2 resources assigned as part of the clearing process;
  • ComEd Spinning Reserve Zone total unrecovered opportunity cost payments made to Tier 2 resources assigned during the operating hour;
  • ComEd Spinning Reserve Zone total MWh of spinning reserve purchased in the market;
  • and ComEd Spinning Reserve Zone total Tier 1 spinning reserve credits.
