The daily rate for Day-Ahead operating reserves is in dollars per megawatt hour of demand, decrement and export transactions cleared for that day in the PJM Day-Ahead Energy Market. The daily rate for balancing operating reserves is in dollars per megawatt hour of Real-Time Energy Market deviations from scheduled amounts cleared for that day in the PJM Day-Ahead Energy Market.
