Hourly data includes:

  • Mid-Atlantic Regulation Zone Regulation Market Clearing Price (RMCP) in $/MWh of regulation provided;
  • additional payments made to Mid-Atlantic Regulation Zone pool-scheduled regulation providers to ensure that their offer plus opportunity costs are made whole;
