This form is used for both electronic and hard copy submittal. Please fill in all the fields and click on “Proceed to the Feasibility Study Data Form”. The Attachment N and Feasibility Study Data Forms must be completed to process your interconnection request. Upon submission of both forms, an electronic version of the submittals will be sent to PJM with all of the information that you entered. A hard copy of the Attachment N is required to be submitted to PJM. At the end of the Feasibility Study Data form, submission instructions for submitting the hard copy of the Attachment N form to PJM will appear.
