Course Title:	Generation Market Operations Center (MOC) New System Operator Orientation
Description:	A five-day course to orient new system operators at market operations centers who will interact with PJM in dispatching generating units. Topics include critical information such as PJM communications protocols, scheduling process and hourly routines performed by generation system operators. Also included is an overview of the PJM markets, eTools and emergency procedures.
	PJM is recognized by the North American Electric Reliability Council as a continuing education provider who adheres to NERC Continuing Education Program Criteria

Cost:	There is no charge for employees and authorized representatives of PJM members nor for those from entities participating in the Market Integration initiative and pursing PJM membership. All others will be invoiced $500 per registrant to attend the course.
