NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING TO DISCUSS THE 2009 ANNUAL UPDATE TO THE FORMULA RATE OF VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY - Virginia Electric and Power Company d/b/a Dominion Virginia Power ("Dominion") will hold an open meeting regarding its 2009 Annual Update to its formula rate. The purpose of the meeting is to explain the Annual Update and provide Interested Parties an opportunity to ask questions and seek information from Dominion about the Annual Update.
