Apply for a PJM or NERC Operator Certification Exam

1. Click on: To register or login to System Operator Certification click "yes" to proceed if you see the security alert.
   **Pop-ups must be allowed.
2. On the log-in screen click on: Operator Registration to set up a new account.
   If you have a NERC system operator certification, please enter your user ID and password then click "login". If not, then click "operator registration."
3. For new candidates complete all required fields on the Registration page. Be sure to remember the user ID and password. Then submit your form.
4. A welcome screen appears. At top of screen click on ATT (Authorization To Test), click on Request Authorization To Test.
5. On the Request Authorization To Test page you can select the exam you want to apply for and indicate method of payment.
