This course is targeted to the ATSI Integration into PJM and is part of the 5-day LSE program designed for the integration. The Load Serving Entity (LSE) program is intended to provide native electric load suppliers or deregulated third-party suppliers the information necessary to conduct business in PJM. This program is offered as a five-part, week-long series.
This LSE 202 course will identify the Two Settlement process, which defines the relationship between the Day-Ahead and Real-Time energy markets. Also, this course will describe Internal Bilateral Transactions (IBT) and review the requirements and software necessary to create IBTs. Finally, instructors will present a description of the various ancillary services that LSEs are obligated to procure. |
