PJM EFORp training will discuss the purpose of the RPM Peak Hour Availability Metric (EFORp) and demonstrate how it is used to determine peak hour period capacity shortfalls. This course will also demonstrate how the peak hour period availability charges are calculated, along with in-depth explanations and examples of the calculation of EFORp.
