LSE 201 - PJM Markets & Operations Overview
 

This one-day course will provide an overview of the requirements for LSEs in PJM and introduce the participant to PJM’s dispatch practices and emergency procedures. Also covered will be a discussion of how wholesale electric prices are derived in PJM. In addition, this course will discuss Two-Settlement, the relationship between PJM’s Day-Ahead and Real-Time energy markets, and review the various ancillary services to be procured by an LSE.
