This 3-part online course discusses the process for scheduling generation outages and submitting tickets within the eDART application. Part 1 describes the four different types of outages and the criteria for each of them. Part 2 reviews the eDART application, and how to create a new outage ticket. Part 3 discusses other required generation unit information which can be reported using the eDART application.
