Testing Requirements for Load Management Resources
 
A recent FERC ruling requires that Load Management resources that either clear a Reliability Pricing Model auction (Demand Resource – DR) or certify as an Interruptible Load for Reliability (ILR) need to participate in annual testing if a Load Management event has not been initiated during a delivery year.
This WebEx session will provide the participant the necessary information regarding the new testing requirements, various timelines and business rules, and submitting compliance data.
