Beginning in the Summer of 2011, changes were made in eLRS that affect the submittal of Load Management Compliance data and the notifications of the Load Management Tests. This training focuses on the new requirements for Curtailment Providers (CSPs) to submit Load Management data and to schedule Load Management tests in eLRS.
