| System load that has the ability to respond to PJM emergency conditions and reduce load may be compensated for energy and capacity. This course provides participants (Curtailment Service Providers, Load Serving Entities, and Electric Distribution Companies) the necessary information to participate in the Reliability Pricing Model and certify / offer the load reduction entity as a capacity resource in PJM. This course will include any changes that may be approved by the FERC in late March 2009 including the potential incorporation of Energy Efficiency into the RPM. |
