On May 8, 2026, in Docket No. ER26-527-001, PJM submitted a compliance filing to provide notice to the Commission that the Tariff and Operating Agreement rules for Advanced Scheduled Resources that the Commission previously accepted with a December 31, 9998 effective date will become effective on May 26, 2026.

On May 7, 2026, in Docket Nos. EL26-59-000 and EL26-60-000, PJM filed a motion to dismiss and answer to the Complaints filed by LS Power Development, LLC and Richland-Stryker Generation HoldCo LLC objecting to the Generation Resource Rating Test Failure Charges. PJM’s filing asks the Commission to dismiss, or in the alternative, reject the Complaint because prior excusals for test failure charges no longer apply.
