Visiting PJM

PJM is headquartered in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, about 20 miles northwest of Philadelphia. We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to find us. We have provided instructions on getting here from common destinations PDF, as well as a convenient summary of relevant transportation information, hotel accommodations and dining options.

As part of PJM's ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment for staff and visitors, we have implemented several security enhancements at our Conference & Training Center (CTC).

Please review the following requirements prior to your visit:

• Use the Front Entrance: All visitors should park and enter through the front entrance located at 2750 Monroe Blvd., Audubon, PA 19403.
• Preregistration Required: All visitors must be preregistered before arriving at the facility.
• Government-Issued Photo ID: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
• Enhanced Touchless Screening: All visitors will undergo a touchless security screening upon entry.
• Prohibited Items: Weapons of any kind are not permitted on the premises. To help expedite the screening process, please limit the number of items you bring into the facility.

These measures are designed to enhance the safety and security of all attendees while maintaining an efficient and welcoming visitor experience. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your visit.

Visitation Request
PJM reviews requests received for individual or group visits. Each request is assessed and evaluated prior to approval. Please send an email to custsvc@pjm.com to submit a request for a visit, upon which an assessment may take place. Not all visit requests will be approved or accommodated. In some instances a “virtual only” visit may be offered as an alternative. Please note, not all requests will be accommodated.

PJM Policies

• Attendees must agree to adhere to applicable PJM policies and regulations in effect at the time of the event.
