Relay Subcommittee (RS) ensures that all PJM bulk power electrical equipment is adequately protected. The RS focuses on all matters related to the application, design, performance, testing and operation of relay systems and associated equipment on the interconnected bulk power system of PJM member companies. This committee reports to the Planning Committee (PC).
