Instructions
This form is an official request to move a unit from cost-based bidding to price-based bidding. The authorization should be the same person acting as the contact for eMKT.

1. Please complete all the information on this form.
2. Submit the completed forms to PJM.
3. PJM will process the information within five working days of the date of submittal. PJM will add an initial price schedule. Subsequent schedules may be added by the participant.
4. PJM will inform the designated representative of completion via e-mail or phone. The participant should complete the remaining schedule information in eMKT before the effective date listed below when the unit becomes active on price.
