Part I Governance covers key governing documents, member sectors, voting, and sections 205 and 206 filing rights. (3 hours)

Part II Consensus-Based Issue Resolution (CBIR) focuses on the methodology and tools used to facilitate structured problem solving in the stakeholder process.  This module also offers a chance for participants to practice using the process in an interactive simulation. (3 hours)
