Mission

The VisABILITY employee resource group is dedicated to individuals with disabilities and their allies at PJM and in the utility industry.

Focus Areas

• Foster an inclusive environment that promotes personal and professional growth through the sharing of experiences and ideas for overcoming disability related challenges
• Encourage innovative ideas for enhancing productivity and inclusion in a workplace that is accessible to all
• Advocate for those with visible and invisible disabilities
• Host speaking events with internal and external guests for sharing their in-depth knowledge and expertise in disability-related topics
• Promote disability awareness through PJM’s communications forums
• Host networking events for people to engage with one another and build valuable connections
• Facilitate the education of PJM employees on how to work successfully and respectfully with people with a disability
