Pandemic Coordination

This page provides public documents and meeting information for stakeholders during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. It includes public information for state officials and regulators, as well as the Operations Pandemic Coordination Team (OPCT), and hosts materials discussed on the weekly coronavirus update calls.

Current Status

  • PJM requires the COVID-19 vaccine and proof for all employees, contractors, vendors, members and other stakeholders who come on the PJM campus or attend PJM events or training on or off campus.
  • PJM continues to host domestic visitors and PJM stakeholder meetings on campus. All meetings taking place in person include a remote attendance option.
  • Domestic business travel for PJM employees resumed in April 2022. The vaccine requirement applies to PJM business travel as well.
  • International visits to PJM and international business travel by employees remain suspended through March of 2023 at which time PJM will reevaluate.
  • Offsite meetings are considered an extension of the PJM campus; PJM vaccine and attendance requirements apply.
  • PJM continues to follow the CDC and Montgomery County Office of Public Health COVID-19 guidance.
