FERC Order No. 1920 – PJM Transmission Owner Engagement Period
Pursuant to paragraph 1359 of FERC Order No. 1920, Building for the Future Through Electric Regional Transmission Planning and Cost Allocation, 187 FERC ¶ 61,068 (May 13, 2024), the PJM Transmission Owners provide notice that they began the Engagement Period with Relevant State Entities on October 7, 2024. The Engagement Period is scheduled to end on April 7, 2025. If the Relevant State Entities agree with the PJM Transmission Owners on a Long-Term Regional Transmission Cost Allocation Method(s) and/or a State Agreement Process, they will need to communicate that agreement to William M. Keyser at Steptoe LLP (202-429-8186 or wkeyser@steptoe.com), counsel for the PJM Transmission Owners, by April 14, 2025.
