Communications

The Communications presentation will give students a review of Communication Protocols relative to PJM as they relate to the NERC COM standard. There will be a review of various communication tools including 3-part communication and the PJM CRM-TEM model. Students will participate in communication exercises including a review and analysis of several operator phone calls.
