Open Positions

PJM employees work collaboratively to maintain the reliability of North America’s largest centrally dispatched electric grid and to operate one of the world’s largest competitive wholesale electricity markets.

Our Campus

PJM’s main campus in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, occupies a prime location central to other metropolitan areas. The campus is in a suburban office park less than 25 miles from Center City Philadelphia.

The PJM headquarters is also within easy driving distance of cultural centers, including New York City, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore. The Poconos, Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean are just a short drive away.

Working at PJM

At PJM, people and technology make the grid and wholesale electricity markets work. Our diverse and dynamic environment provides a platform on which employees can collaborate to build the future of energy.

Flex First

The pandemic changed the way companies work, and PJM has adopted a philosophy that focuses on two main elements: the security of the grid and the safety and well-being of employees.

PJM employees have shown they can adapt to new work environments, and, as a result, PJM offers flexibility in remote, hybrid and on-site work called Flex First.

At PJM, we are committed to providing competitive rewards to attract and retain top talent while fostering a culture where high-quality work is expected, recognized and rewarded.
