This topic provides a basic look at the processes and procedures for participating in Day-Ahead and Real-Time Reserve Markets. The session describes the timeline, resource obligations, offers and parameters needed for participation in the Synchronized Reserve, Non-Synchronized and Secondary Reserve Markets. This session also explains Reserve Zones and Subzones, and how PJM verifies the response to a Synchronized Reserve Event.
