Third-party recruiters are expressly prohibited from contacting PJM employees directly to present candidates without prior authorization. By submitting a candidate to PJM without a valid, executed agreement, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. PJM may have agreements with certain third-party contractors that prohibit solicitation of their employees, and accordingly, non-engaged recruiters shall solely be liable for their actions.
