Specific Transmission Owner Guidelines
The applicable technical requirements and standards provided by transmission owners are for use by PJM Interconnection customers in the performance of construction work related to an interconnection project subject to the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff. PJM Interconnection customers shall be obligated for the construction and costs of only the minimum upgrades necessary to accommodate its interconnection project as required (see Tariff WEB | PDF - Section 217

The ComEd and PECO Transmission Facility Connection Document addresses the requirements for the interconnection to the transmission system within both the ComEd service territory in Illinois and the PECO service territory in Pennsylvania in line with the requirements of NERC Reliability Standard FAC-001. Additional Company standards/requirements as necessary to address site specific interconnection issues are available to the interconnecting customer upon request at any point during the interconnection process.
