Transmission Owner Engineering & Construction Standards

The applicable technical requirements and standards provided by transmission owners are for use by PJM Interconnection customers in the performance of construction work related to an interconnection project subject to the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff. PJM Interconnection customers shall be obligated for the construction and costs of only the minimum upgrades necessary to accommodate its interconnection project as required (see Tariff WEB | PDF - Section 217.)
