Upgrade Requests

An Upgrade Request is a request submitted for evaluation by PJM of the feasibility and estimated costs of (a) a Merchant Network Upgrade or (b) the Customer-Funded Upgrades that would be needed to provide Incremental Auction Revenue Rights specified. Refer to Tariff, Part VIII, Subpart H, section 435 for details.
