Replacement Generation Interconnection Service Request

A Replacement Generation Interconnection Service Request is a request to replace a deactivating Generating Facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region and claim its Capacity Interconnection Rights. Refer to Tariff, Part VIII, Subpart J, section 437 for details.
