This issue is being brought forward by Invenergy LLC to help address current system capacity shortfalls and expedite
the process to bring new generation on-line.
This effort is intended to allow queue positions that have executed ISA or GIA’s and have gone through the study
process change their fuel type by going through a necessary study. If there are no material impacts to the grid the
project would be allowed to switch fuel source through an amended agreement.
